Updated Cancellation Policy
Due to upcoming slower months and the challenge of filling last-minute canceled appointments, we will be adjusting our cancellation policy from 6 hours to 3 hours. While we’ve always tried to accommodate early client emergencies, we now require at least 6 hours notice to allow time for others to book the open slot.
